Catering to guests of all ages, we aim to provide a wonderful family experience for parents and youngsters alike. There’s plenty to enjoy as a family during your time with us, bringing your group together to enjoy all that we have to offer. In the restaurant, there’s a wide variety of delicious dishes that will satisfy everyone’s taste buds, from juicy steaks and distinct special dishes for the parents to tasty burgers and sweet desserts for the kids. Our pool area gives your little ones plenty of pool space to enjoy and stretch their water wings while you sit and relax. And our tranquil lounge areas are the perfect spot for you and your troupe to sit back and enjoy your time together.
We've also put together a fantastic V I Little P extras package, giving your little ones the best experience possible. These extras aim to give kids the adult hotel treatment, including mini robes, and V I Little P menus. As well as, seasonal activity packs, bean bag cinema clubs, and events during school holidays.

Just a 6-minute drive or a half-hour walk from the hotel, Wicksteed Park is a wonderful mix of fun rides, adventures and fascinating heritage. Founded in 1921 as part of the extraordinary legacy of British engineer and entrepreneur Charles Wicksteed, the park is the oldest theme park in mainland UK, featuring a fantastic mix of fun rides, scenic views and historical landmarks. The park is split into four zones; the Thrill Zone, where you’ll enjoy the dodgems and the spectacular Dinosaur Valley, the Splash Zone, providing you a wet’n’wild time with plenty of water-themed rides, the Adventure Zone, packed to the brim with varied and adventure zones, and the Heritage Zone, where you’ll find history-themed attractions to give you an old-fashioned thrill ride.

If your little one’s love nothing more than meeting and becoming friends with animals, the West Lodge Rural Centre is the perfect place for them. An open working family farm with indoor and outdoor adventure play areas, the centre is home to acres of beautiful walks and a large variety of cute & friendly animals like cows, piglets, sheep and goats. There is a wonderful range of activities to explore during your time at the centre, including free barrel rides, piglet racing, cuddle corner petting sessions with smaller animals such as rabbits and guinea pigs, pony rides and tractor tours. And once you’re tired out from all the fun activities, there are plenty of picnic areas and a wonderful family restaurant to relax in.

Looking for an activity that’ll bring the family together? We’ve got just the thing! Unleash your inner Sherlock by tackling the Hunt Fun Kettering Trail, an engrossing, challenging route filled with secrets and clues to keep you thinking. This can be done through three options: pre-ordering the trail booklet, downloading your own at home or using an interactive GPS version through your phone. Beginning at the Tourist Information Centre, you’ll explore the many oddities and landmarks Kettering has to offer, from the Parish Church and Centenary Clock to the famous Manor House Museum.

As Northamptonshire’s oldest park, Abington Park is the perfect reflection of all that Kettering has to offer, from historic reverence to gorgeous vistas. There are many fine features to be found in Abington Park, from the remains of the medieval village the park was built on, with buildings as old as seven centuries, to the museum located in the 500-year-old Manor House, containing a wonderful collection of historic artefacts. There’s also a play area with swings and roundabouts, and a fabulous pit stop café serving snacks, drinks and full meals.
