Why are we changing systems?
Our new system is far more sophisticated than our existing system. Once you have activated your Trybe account, you will be able to manage your membership, view upcoming or recent charges and receive important updates.
You will also get:
- Online booking & cancellation of classes (for those with the class bolt on)
- Email reminders for upcoming bookings
- Automated confirmation and cancellation emails
- Medical Forms will be done via your email which will speed up the membership process.
- Rolling payments as opposed to Direct Debits
- An easy-to-use, seamless system

How will the transition to Trybe affect my membership?
Annual memberships will mostly be unaffected other than needing to activate your Trybe account. Membership expiry dates will remain unchanged.
Monthly paying members can firstly activate your account.
You will then receive an email link from spa@ketteringparkhotel.co.uk asking you to fill out your card details using the secure site.
This will set up your recurring card payment with our new provider allowing us to cancel your existing direct debit.You will then be able to view your membership and book classes (if you have the Classes membership bolt on).
Please make sure that you fill out the Trybe recurring payment form via the email link sent to you by the 31st of October 2024 to ensure a smooth transition.
Our new system will take over the payments from 1st of November 2024.
Please be assured that we will cancel all payments from our current provider for all members who have completed the sign up to our new provider before the 31st of October.
Each member may wish to contact their bank to ensure cancellation of any payments from the current direct debit provider. IMPORTANT: please do not do this until you have signed up to the new provider.

How do I activate my new Trybe Account?
Please click on the following link https://ketteringparkhotel.try.be/forgot-password and follow the instructions below:
- Enter your email address and click ‘Send reset link’.
- This will generate a new email to you which will contain a link to set up your own password and provide you with access to the system. The email will come from spa@ketteringparkhotel.co.uk
- Your account will be live, please ensure that all your details are correct.

Why are you changing from Direct Debit to Monthly Recurring Payments?
Direct debits are taken using authorization from giving bank details whereas monthly recurring payments are taken using authorization from your bank card - both are equally secure.

What if I want to pay by cash?
If you would like to pay for your annual membership with cash, you can still do this. The next time you visit us, please speak to one of the team and they will be able to do this for you.

What if I do not have an email address?
Email addresses are used to log into your Trybe account where you can see and manage your membership.
Should you not have an email address, you can speak to a member of the team who will be able to help set your membership up.

What communication will I receive?
- You will have an initial email from us informing you of our change in the system and be provided with a link to our FAQ’s page.
- On the 2nd of October, Trybe will email all monthly paying members a link to set up your monthly recurring card payment. The email address this will come from is spa@ketteringparkhotel.co.uk
- You will receive this email each week until you set up your recurring card payment for your membership.
- You may receive additional communication from us and if you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
